Real-Time

• Real-time GPS tracking allows fleet managers to see exactly where each of their vehicles is on the road at all times.
• Simply log onto a web site to track and actively manage your vehicles from any place and at any time.
• Real-time systems typically will give five to ten minute updates of vehicles location, speed, and heading.
• Provides e-mail alerts to notify managers of first movement, location arrivals, speeding, odd hours operation and if a vehicle enters or exits a certain zone.
• Data can be transferred to third party applications.
• Upfront cost plus monthly fee per vehicle.

Historical/Passive

• Updates available when vehicle returns to central location
• Perfect for small to medium sized fleets
• Low cost manual data transfer or slightly higher priced wireless data transfer.
• Ten second updates from satellites, highly detailed route info.
• Varying storage capacity for different industries or applications.
• All data stays in house, and can be exported into third party applications
• Zero monthly fees.
• Zero yearly contracts.
