Return Policy
Omni GPS does not have a "use it and
return it" policy. All returns and exchanges are subject
to a 25% restocking fee and must be made within 10 days of
delivery date. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must
be obtained (tel: 713.885.0898; fax: 713.885.0059; e.mail:
info@omnigps.com) before
any product can be shipped back. Products must be in working
order and free from damage. All air time contracts are provided
through their respective carriers, no refunds will be made
by Omni GPS on any air time contract.
Warranty
If you are having problems with your product
and it is still under warranty contact
technical support and request an RMA. If it is found to
be defective an exchange/repair will be issued for the same
product only.
Delivery Times
Many of our GPS tracking systems are custom
solutions and are built for your application-expect 4-6 weeks
for delivery on our systems (talk to your sales representative
for delivery date).
All Shipments arriving without an RMA will
be refused or sent back to shipper. Shipping costs are the
responsibility of the sender.
